This website, justlaweducation.com, is operated by Just Education Coaching Limited, trading as Just Law Education, of Justice Chambers, 4206 Tower 1 Lippo Centre, 89 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong. By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

The content on this site, including any articles, guides and free resources, is general information only. It is not legal advice and does not create a barrister and client or any other professional relationship. It should not be relied on for any specific matter. For advice on your own situation, you should consult a qualified lawyer. Mediation is a form of dispute resolution and is not the provision of legal advice to either party.
Bookings and payments
Prices for mediation, the Private Financial Resolution Day and training are published on the site. A deposit, shown at the point of booking, is payable to reserve a session, and payments are processed securely by Stripe. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we will confirm any applicable terms with you. Where a matter is unusually complex, a fee may be quoted before booking.
Confidentiality
Mediation is voluntary and confidential. What is said in mediation is not to be used in court proceedings, save as the law allows. Any agreement reached is a matter for the parties to record and, where they wish, to make binding.
翰途 Briefcase
翰途 Briefcase is a document preparation tool for legal practitioners. It helps prepare court ready documents but does not give legal advice, and the practitioner using it remains responsible for the legal judgment in each case.
