One hour that takes the fear out of AI: what generative AI is, a tour across the apps your team already uses (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint), and a live demo of a weak prompt versus a good brief. The one big idea: brief it like a person.
Foundation
How AI really works, in plain words, and Copilot's full range app by app, with a live example in each. Attendees brief Copilot on a real task from their own workflow and take home a one-page BRIEF cheat sheet (Be the boss, Reason, Information, Example, Format) that their team will actually use.
Intermediate
Why one shot fails and back-and-forth wins. Hands on, attendees take a mediocre draft and improve it in three turns, using Copilot as a thought partner to brainstorm, pressure-test, draft and decide, with a clear line between trust and verify.
Quarterly Clinic
Every quarter: wins and stuck points since last time, new Copilot features, one new technique, and live problem-solving on your team's real tasks. A running struggle log captures what your team finds hard and shapes the advanced course built for your industry.
