  • Burns v Ledru, Civil Action No. 12-cv-02646, 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 36895; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 36898 (United States District Court for the District of Colorado, 5 February and 18 March 2013). For the Plaintiff father, in his claim against relatives alleged to have helped take his two children to Argentina. The Defendants' motion to dismiss was denied.
  • EMD v MAM, FCMP 184/2014 (Family Court, Hong Kong, 26 September 2014). For the Applicant, instructed by Haldanes, in an application concerning two children under the Guardianship of Minors Ordinance (Cap. 13).
  • Suarez v Castrillo, Civil Action No. 11-cv-01762, 2011 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 73263; 2011 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 75592 (United States District Court for the District of Colorado, 7 and 13 July 2011). For the Petitioner mother, enforcing a Venezuelan custody order under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act. The Court sent the case back to the Colorado state court and refused the Respondent's motion for reconsideration.
  • Broda v Abarca, Civil Case No. 11-cv-00286, 2011 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 30621 (United States District Court for the District of Colorado, 15 March 2011). For the Respondent mother, in a Hague Convention petition for the return of a child. The petition was denied and judgment entered for the Respondent, with costs.
  • Andreopoulos v Koutroulos, Civil Action No. 09-cv-00996, 2009 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 59255 (United States District Court for the District of Colorado, 29 June 2009). For the Petitioner mother, with Alice Proskauer Arnold, in a Hague Convention petition for the return of a child to Greece.
